Contact us for a Free Consultation. A Neighborhood Nerd representative for your neighborhood will come to your home and interview you to see what you currently have, and explain the options available to make your home smart and efficient.

We will then work up a quote for the options you would like to consider and return to your house to go over the recommendations.

You choose the options you want. We schedule the installation and install your smart home devices to your specifications.

Two weeks after your smart home training is complete we will return one more time to adjust, add, or delete functionality of your smart home to meet your lifestyle.

Once all devices are installed we will schedule a training session to show you everything you need to know to control your smart home both home and away.

Your Neighborhood Nerd offer an annual service agreement that will keep your home updated and running smoothly. You service agreement includes monthly monitoring, updates and unlimited remote support.
